Scribble Press collects information, including personal information that you provide to us when you visit us in our retail locations, register as a user in our App or on our website. Personal information includes information that can identify you such as your full name, your e-mail address or postal address, your gender and birth date, payment details, product preferences and purchasing history. Scribble Press collects and uses your personal information to conduct business with you and to improve your experience with us. Scribble Press does not disclose your personally identifiable information to third parties for the purposes of marketing. Scribble Press may share your information with third parties in the following situations:

We may share your information with our service providers—that is, organizations providing services to support Scribble Press functions, such as our mail and email processing companies, payment processing companies, and market research firms. All such service providers are bound by contract to refrain from using the personally identifiable information we collect from you for any purpose other than providing the service to Scribble Press.

We also may release information at the request of law enforcement authorities, when ordered to do so by a court, or when we have the right to do so and believe it is necessary to assert or protect our legal or intellectual property rights.

MINORS
Scribble Press does not knowingly solicit information from minors. Minors are ineligible to make purchases on our site without parental consent or to share their work in the public gallery without parental consent, and we do not want minors to submit any personal information to us or share personally identifiable information in books in our public gallery. If you are a minor, you can use this service only under the supervision of your parents or guardians. If personally identifiable information is inadvertently shared through our App ebook sharing process, we will remove it immediately. If a minor makes a purchase with a parent’s credit card without authorization, Scribble Press is not responsible for any refunds or returns. Please contact your credit card company and take precautions to see this does not happen in the future. .
